What is your Product Guarantee?
We, Orange POS, guarantee its products to be free from defects in workmanship or materials. Our sole obligation will be to replace any product with defects within 30 days of invoice date.

How and when can I expect my order to be shipped?
We ship orders via Canpar. Your orders will be shipped with Canpar Ground the next business day. You can expect to receive your orders within 1-5 business days depend on the area. All orders will be shipped Canpar Ground unless otherwise requested or indicated.

How do I track my order?
If you wish to track your order in Canada, please write us an email to support@orangepos.com with your order number, we will send you the updated tracking information on your order. We are still working on a way with Canpar to post your tracking information online. Until then, please excuse us for any inconvenience.

How can I check the status of my order? 
To check the status of your Internet, Phone, e-Mail or Fax order, just click on the “Track your order” button on our website. Please remember that you must be a registered customer and signed in to your account. To check the status of your order by phone, please call 1-866-761-9256.

What if my product is not listed?
Please call 1-866-761-9256 with the make and model number of the machine/printer or with description of the product. We will provide you with the appropriate supplies you need.

What is your return policy?
Full cartons can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers need to provide a copy of the purchasing invoice. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge. There are no restocking fees for returned goods.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statements.

How do I place an order?
We have a variety of ordering methods for you to choose from.

  • Website: You can place orders anytime here through our website, www.orangepos.com.
  • Email: You can email us at order@orangepos.com. When you order through emailing, please provide us with the description such as size, model number, and the quantities . One of our customer service representatives will reply you with confirmation.
  • Fax: You can fax your orders to 1-647-439-1525 24 hours a day.
  • Call: You can call us directly and place an order with one of our customer service representatives or leave your order on the customer service voicemail.
